A batch dissolving system is used if the granulated sugar cannot be added from a sugar silo and has to be added from sacks or big bags. This concept is also recommended when the demand for liquid sugar is not continuous and possibly uneven. A batch solution is also a good choice if the sugar has to be cold dissolved so that the high heat recovery of our continuous sugar dissolving system is not required. A batch dissolving system can be designed for various batch sizes.

Cleanliness and high performance
This concept is designed for high continuous production rates, if the granulated sugar is still added from sacks or big bags. The feed hopper for granulated sugar is positioned away from the other devices. This allows a barrier-free feeding of granulated sugar. The picture shows the three components of the system: the two sugar dissolving tanks, the sugar feeding station and the distribution module. If two liquid sugar tanks are provided, then a continuous uninterrupted sugar deployment is possible. The distribution module provides sugar filtration, tank changing, dosage of the liquid sugar to the consumers, circulation and temperature control as well as cleaning management.

The system for medium-sized companies
The system is based on a common stainless steel frame. Only the dissolving vessel is placed separately. The dissolving vessel and the dissolving plant are connected to the customer's facility by a swivel bend panel. The system can be equipped with a heater (as shown). This dissolver concept is very useful if the available installation space is limited.

Affordable and flexible
If the quantity of sugar to be disolved is manageable, and other substances also have to be dissolved, then this variant is well suited. The dissolving tank is located on the common base frame. The granulated sugar is directed straight into the tank by the operator. With this system, liquid sugar with very high Brix values can be produced.

Necessary for sugar from sacks!
It is not possible for any worker to lift 25 kg bags and shift them over any length of time, even if the forklift truck holds the bags at the correct height. A vacuum lifting device for plastic and paper bags is essential.
