New compact shape for our flash pasteuriser systems!

In the fourth quarter of 2014 it was necessary to construct a very compact flash pasteurisation plant. It had to be so compact that it could be brought into the cellar of a brewery via an elevator shaft. It was surprising that no disadvantages in terms of operation and maintenance were caused by this construction. The decision to build all our KZE plants in this new format was made quickly. The advantage is obvious. The width and depth of the plants, which are reduced by a third, allow the end user much more freedom at the site. For us, the advantage is that we can standardise the plants to a higher degree. But why only now, especially as the installers of the system have also previously never "complained" about too much space? This is due to the now complete three-dimensional design of each plant. Any problem which the installer is confronted with is recognised in the construction in advance. Our three-dimensional designs are so accurate that the actual plant deviates only a few millimetres from the CAD model. It is no longer necessary to provide "reserve" space for the base frame during installation.
